    groff_man.7: Update historical information.
    Flesh out History subsection per some archeology on
    Also stop referring to extensions as "GNU extensions"; as Doug McIlroy
    pointed out on the groff mailing list, at least some of them (.EX/.EE)
    did not originate with GNU.
