    groff_man.7.man: Make English style tweak.
    
    Recast slightly to relieve strain on subject/verb agreement.
    
    (Consider: "Either dogs or a cat is needed to keep your home free of
    vermin."  The former conjuct pulls one way, the latter the other.)
