wl pushed a commit to branch master
in repository groff.
commit 75c9895ae7258a4b525e063ae8e865234a1ca3c5
Author: Werner Lemberg <address@hidden>

* doc/groff.texinfo: Improve indexing.
Change @DefXXXItem and @DefXXXListEnd macros to not insert an index
entry. New macro variants with a trailing `x' (like address@hidden')
can override this.
Update macro calls where necessary.
