(DROPCAP): New macro to produce dropcap characters.
(www-do-image): Renamed back to...

Updated all callers.

* doc/Makefile (gnubw.eps): Updated.
* doc/homepage.ms: Updated.

* doc/pic.ms: Fixed typos (\(*tx -> \*(tx).
Added `linethick' to table in section `Style Variables'.

* src/libs/libdriver/input.cc (get_extended_arg): Fix conditional.
