Testing results on the other platforms:
* On FreeBSD, NetBSD, AIX there is a FTBFS, due to the bleeding-edge
version of Automake.
Reported at
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-automake/2023-02/msg00006.html .
The problem should be gone if you upgrade to automake HEAD again.
* On Solaris 11.4 and Solaris OpenIndiana, one gnulib test is failing:
FAIL: test-nl_langinfo2.sh
Ought to be fixed in gnulib, some time.
This is not a release show-stopper, IMO.
* On NetBSD 9, we still have the test failure
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/grep-devel/2023-01/msg00001.html
that we decided to ignore.
Other than that, all tests pass on
- Ubuntu 22.04
- Alpine 3.14
- macOS 12.5
- FreeBSD 13.1
- OpenBSD 7.2
- Cygwin 2.9.0
- Solaris 11.4
- Solaris 11 OpenIndiana
- AIX 7.1, 7.2
