An overgeneralization.  On a sailboat, probably correct, on a rocket,
probably not.  Depends on how fast your GNSS receiver is moving, and the
"motion profile" in your receiver.

Some receivers are quite heavy on the data smoothing.  A fact that
users find out the hard way the first time they put a receiver in a
fast moving car.

A lot on that page.  I missed anything about GNSS on that page?  I do
note that Victron products typically do not move much when in use.
