It is unlikely that a value with type real number does not change from 
measurement to measurement. At least, during the expected lifetime. 
Unless the measurement accuracy is very low.
Therefore, if it does not change, it is most likely not updated.

The Victron (https://www.victronenergy.com/live/open_source:start) 
developers follow the same approach, I asked. Only for any values.
