Hi Mike,

On further review of your message, we noticed this:- "The general
rule of thumb is to remove any mention of “console=serial blah” from
/boot/firmware/cmdline.txt"

We didn't notice it was referring to cmdline.txt rather than
config.txt, so obviuosly we didn't see a line starting with
"console=serial" when editing config.txt

Out cmdline.txt is a single line thus:- "console=tty1
root=PARTUUID=aecb6dde-02 rootfstyper=ext4 fsck.repair=yes rootwait"

Do we need to change/delete anything in this?

BR

Mick
