Problems with ubxtool -e/-d NMEA

Hi,

I'm trying to enable/disable NMEA on my ublox, but I'm getting into trouble;

$ ubxtool -e NMEA -P 27.11 host:port
ubxtool: enable NMEA

Traceback (most recent call last):

NameError: name 'nmea_id_toggle' is not defined

Using bleeding edge (0029903a0).
