Actually I tried the following commit it still shows error as warning but then it skipped the sizeof_time_t portion.

SConstruct tried to compile a local program to check sizeof time_t.
Which, of course, fails if you are cross compiling.

commit 29e4a1d7d9c19a898ca5b35ca85a91edf45942d1 fixed it.  Or just
use git head.
