Following up on that, I prolly misread that.

"Each measurement triggers the measurements generation and, if available,
raw data output"

The measurement rate on the best u-blox is 25 milli second max.  So
RINEX could be as granualar as 25 ms.  That would be 40 Hz.

The navRate is how many measurements per navigation solution, that
can be set to 1.  So 40 Hz fixes.  But we do know the Dynamic Platform
Model seriously affects the nav solution.

I'll run some experiments and add an example in ubxtool-examples.
