Before anything happens, gpsd needs sample data streams with that
data.  So far gpsd does not have any.

gpsd does not do alarms at all.  For anything.  Patches welcome.

Everything?  The longest journey starts with a small step.  The gpsd
journey has been going for decades, and just keeps going, the finish
line retreating.

If you are in a hurry, send patches.  Or at least raw data captures.
