That’s really weird. Because whenever the gnss receiver sends $pqgsv data then my gnss receiver not sending anything already.

Possibly, or the receiver is sending good data and it is being
corrupted in the serial link.  If you bothered to send any data
then others could look at it for problems.

What is the "it" that hangs that is not gpsd?
