I see no fix in your email.  I see a difficulty report, but I don;t know
what to do with it.  Is there an open issue on it?  Eric tried to close
all open issues before release.  Now that 3.17 is out we can try other
fixes.

We also have some ublox patches that we did not put in 3.17 as they had
problems that need work.
