I found that it corresponding to 1PPS parameters configuration in GeoS-3/3M.
Then I configured all parameters with default values by using their proprietary binary protocol, the errors disappear.
I have not explanation, but it works.

That is a very weird bug report.

I have no real idea what's going on here, but we need to figure it out.
It sounds as though the handling of PPS is somehow triggering a call to
gps_clear_fix().

What GPS are you using?
