I'm surprised you get anything at all.  The u-blox doc specifies
proprietary RTCM3 messages to do RTK.

Look for 4072 subtype 0 and subtype 1.

ODOT does GLONASS, but only in a "virtual" ntrip that gpsd does not
understand and no one can show me what messages are required.
