That results in a timeout..
Processing test/daemon/passthrough.log
FAKE: |gpsfake: gps_add(test/daemon/passthrough.log, 38400)
FAKE: |gpsfake: test/daemon/passthrough.log provides 4 sentences
FAKE: |gpsfake: client_add()
FAKE: |gpsfake: client 1 has None
FAKE: |gpsfake: test loop begins
FAKE: |gpsfake: test/daemon/passthrough.log writes
43=b'{"class":"XXX","text":"U can\'t touch dis."}'
FAKE: |gpsfake: test/daemon/passthrough.log writes
43=b'{"class":"YYY","path":"theyellowbrickroad"}'
FAKE: |gpsfake: test/daemon/passthrough.log writes
45=b'{"class":"ZZZ","device":"amireacleofstrange"}'
FAKE: |gpsfake: test/daemon/passthrough.log writes 6=b'# EOF\n'
FAKE: |gpsfake: GPS /dev/pts/2 ran out of input
chosen.exhausted: 1577850400.1405606
self.timeout: 300
time.time(): 1577850700.1418726
Test timed out: maybe increase WRITE_PAD (= 0.01)
Debugging this is something I was not yet motivated to. But that could be the
first step..
