I've been working with OpenStack recently and on those projects they are using
gerrit [1] for allowing good collaboration on maintenance of open source projects.
with the number of patches coming in recently wondering if it might be of interest
to any other of the maintainers to use it for review and merging patches.
There is also a git review component that makes submissions of patches to gerrit
easy to do. As well as making it easy to download the patches for local analysis
and testing.
