[Gomp-discuss] New branch for implementing OpenMP in GCC

I have just created a branch for the OpenMP implementation
planned by the GOMP project (http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/gomp/).

The branch is based on tree-ssa.  It has the same check-in
policies.  The project page lives in Savannah at the moment.

This patch adds a new entry for cvs.html.  OK to install?
