Just committed the new C++ code directly linked to libgomd.

NOTE: contrib/c++ directory was reorganized.
+ contrib/c++/dynamic_load directory contains the old C++ example (using the
dynamic library loading mechanism)
+  contrib/c++/shared_link directory contains a new C++ example (code is
directly linked to libgomd)
- old "cpp" directory (now meaningless) was removed

IN compile.sh
m modified to support both C++ examples (with corrected paths)
