(-) moved omInfo ans sysInfo stuff to csCollector class

IN csCollector.h/csCollector.cpp
(N) from this release csCollector implements "de facto" the FACTORY Pattern
Design (create all the stuff for the connHandler class).
(+) added omInfo ans sysInfo stuff from connHandler class

IN clusterSnapshot.h
(+) fixed headers' #include sequence.
