Follow-up Comment #1:
About issue (1), there is not much we can do. Applications that used
gcry_control() should be linked against libgcrypt...
About the change in libgnutlsxx sonumber, is because the ABI compatibility
broke for that library. The libgnutls library is binary compatible, thus does
not require change to .27.
