Do you want to work on GNUstep in general or just the WebObjects 
(GNUstepWeb) side?  There is a lot of documentation that could be 
written, although some has been written for parts of the system (like 
the Build Guide for installing GNUstep).

You might look at

for stuff that has already been started (although most of it could be 
improved). You'll need to pick which parts you are interested in and 
then we can have a better idea what you could be doing.
