ttn pushed a commit to branch master
in repository docs.

commit d6d3763b89ea0582e3dd9232bdfe5f545301fd22
Author: Thien-Thi Nguyen <ttn@gnuvola.org>
AuthorDate: Mon Jan 24 04:22:10 2022 -0500

    reorder command ‘config’ before ‘default-exchange’

It seems that ‘config’ is needed to define a demobank.
After it's defined, then ‘default-exchange’ can set that
    demobank's exchange.
