Help needed with compilation

    Hello GNUnet developers,
    
    I would like to contribute to GNUnet with the goal of making the UX
    easy. I'm trying to compile gnunet with the instructions
      here
    
    However, `make` command fails with 
    
    make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
    
    Can anyone please help with this?
