This is an interesting solution! Now if a business is filtering web pages based on ports (I've been told that some businesses won't allow access to ports other than 80), which port would they think I'm using...8080 or 80? Marty/sbin/iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth+ -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-port 8080Much much easier Dave_______________________________________________ Gnump3d-users mailing list address@hidden http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnump3d-users
the world would connect to port 80, while server side, the port would be remapped to 8080. Your GnuMP3d config should have 8080 in it.
