Assuming that you have "mime_file =
/etc/gnump3d/mime.types" defined, check your
configuration of the gnump3d/mime.types for a line
like:
audio/mpeg                  mpga mpega mp2 mp3 mp4 m4a

>From that point on it's a client/browser issue.  Make
sure you have an app asssociated with the filetype. 
In windows, this should be straightforward.  In Linux,
this will depend on your browser and mime.types
configuration.
