(as wxGlade can't do this itself)

This plugin allows the sending of very basic request forms.
It allows you to select a form from the list in the database, the forms have
no recipient, (so is aimed at the "German" requests use-case but will obviously 
need much more work
to be actually useful, please comment on the list about what functionalites are 
required)
