While I can see value to supplying the user, in the case of each available 
"units of measurement" with *one* example of the source for an already-existing 
measurement, IMHO it is less useful to populate a phrasewheel with multiple and 
perhaps every value for an available unit of measure, even when these values 
are non-unique except the UNIQUE ON might include the source and as a result 
return many many values.

For example if a table of existing measurement entities includes

        mmol
        mmol/L (sodium)
        mmol/L (potassium)
        mmol/L (chloride)
        mmol/L (bicarbonate)
        mmol/L (calcium, free)
        mmol/L (calcium, total)

it helps me little to be presented all of these replicates of mmol/L and would 
prefer to see just

        mmol
        mmol/L

unless it is possible to make the phrasewheel unique on units but still 
providing, for each unique unit, *one* example that might be informative 
especially in the case of some unusual item like millibecquerel (mBq).
