Hi all,
Please note that I have updated the server packages for Windows.
Bootstraping from scratch to v19 would stop at v6 with the (now removed) older
version. Upgrade from v18 to v19 worked flawlessly.
The new versions are fixed and work for bootstrap and upgrade.
