1) pre-seed the units PRW from the temporally closest test
result of the same type (that includes "from the same lab")
2) pre-seed
normal_min / normal_max / normal_range / ref_group
from the temporally closest test result of the same type (=
lab) having the same units
3) pre-seed
target_min / target_max / target_range
from the temporally closest test result of the same type (=
lab) OF THE SAME PATIENT having the same units
