Yes, but the reason you see what you see is different:
It shows the first 50 matches of what you provided, in this
case, "show me all candidates". A contextual constraint is
exercised on the entered test type, if any. Candidates are
sorted by rank. Ranks go:
1 units_from_test_results
2 units_from_test_types
2 units_from_atc
2 units_from_consumable_substance
3 units_from_loinc_ipcc
3 units_from_loinc_submitted
3 units_from_loinc_example
Within rank it is, now, lexigraphically.
