We are, indeed, pretty much using it as a waiting list for
patients who are currently actually waiting only.

However, the limitation in Medistar is not tailored to
support that use only.

Not anymore than Medistars list, except for the fact that
we've got a dedicated urgency field.

Well, use zones.

That would generate streams of desires.

Why not use a dedicated (and much better suited) task list
application if one wants to use a nifty task list ?
