This "personal" is more of a three-fold between
- clinical (something to do with patients)
- administrative (something to do with running the practice)
- personal (remember wife's birthday present)

Yes, since it is clinical - admin - personal. However, the
double-click action depends on the full category-type, not
only whether it is clinical.

That's a good idea for a default message handler given
.pk_patient is not NULL with any message category/type.
