[Gnumed-devel] Release 0.5.rc2

I have released the second Release Candidate of the 0.5
series which includes most of the improvements discussed in
the last few days.

Or use this script:

        http://www.gnumed.de/downloads/client/gm-install_client_locally.sh

and say

        $> ./gm-install_client_locally.sh 0.5.rc2
