Well, I almost suspected that. However, I'm not quite sure if this is the right
place and way to control access rights.
The main point I added these lines is that test-doc didn't work any longer
because there is no associated staff member entry. Additionally, I could
imagine that there could be valid database users that do not need to access
health care data (like, say, admins) but want to use other plugins.
In any case the check should be either right at the login dialog or when
clinical data must be accessed. Crashing everything because some data about a
user is missing is a rather unpleasant behaviour, IMHO.
Meanwhile, I will be fine using 'any-doc' alias Dr.McCoy as login instead. :)
