[Gnumed-devel] little GUI task

you once wrote that widget for the talkback function that is
still functional.

I wonder if you'd be interested in a similar little project
for configuring the plugin loading.

I would envision a panel or frame or something that would look
about like this:

 - configuring plugin load order ------------------

I would then connect the functionality to it via Ian's
