The issue itself is fixed for 1.8.0rc2 but it also uncovered
a bug in the invoice ID locking code.
The advice (until 1.7.9 and 1.8.0rc2 are out) is to NOT
generate bills from both 1.7.8 and 1.8.0rc1 *at the same
time*.
Running either one at any given time to create bills is fine,
in 1.8.0rc1 an exception may still happen (due to Python 3
having changed outputs of crc32() and adler32()) but that
will also prevent GNUmed from generateing invalid invoice IDs.
Existing bills are fine, too.
A fix for that is in the works, too.
