[Gnumed-bugs] Inbox items carried across a database upgrade

The inbox items show, under the column

        Sent (which label is being renamed Created, or perhaps [better] 
Generated)

the following kinds of values:

        <system> → all
        LMcC → LMcC
        LMcC → KaHi
        <gm-dbo> → LMcC

where

        <system> → all … appears to relate to auto-generated virtual items 
(unsigned etc)

        LMcC → LMcC
        LMcC → KaHi … were the result of LMcC accessing the chart of a staff 
(KaHi)

        <gm-dbo> → LMcC … include items like release notes, contributed by the 
bootstrapper

but does <gm-dbo> also become the pseudo-source of user-created inbox messages, 
by virtue of becoming the user who "modified" these items as a result of 
inserting the records from the old database into the new one?
