OK. Can you double-check (and post) the permissions of that copy ?

Sorry, the above permissions were for the source file, not the copy.

The copy has the same permissions and owner but the group changed from staff to wheel:

-rw-r--r--  1 djb  wheel  383343616 14 Jan 04:45
