Tell you what, this log actually captured two different bugs !
1) When a billable was only manually entered into the billable
selection phrasewheel (rather than "properly" selected
from the dropdown) GNUmed would fail to recognize that and
still attempt to create a bill item which, of course, fails.
2) GNUmed would fail to properly detect when creating a new
keyword expansion failed. It would then error out when
attempting to modify the nonexisting new expansion. The
reason being here that one cannot create duplicates (but
one _can_ create identical expansions one of which is
public while the other is private).
Both bugs fixed now and slated for the 1.4.13 release.
