[Gnumed-bugs] Failure to save a progress note

Pending more details and seeing if it happens again, I am worried that when I 
switched from an active patient to creating a new patient, I somehow lost 
(failed to see saved) a complex progress note that I had created.

The encounter that I had freshly created was saved. Just not any of the 
notelets.

Is this explainable by my having made a wrong choice at the point of committing 
the new patient, when a dialog might have been offered to me concerning the 
still-active patient that I was about to leave?
