This is something strange. You selected a patient. Then that
patient could not be found anymore. By any chance, did
someone else delete that patient (concurrently, from another
client) *directly* after you selected the patient ?

Everything else are just follow up problems:

Can you check whether patient 62 actually exists in your database ?
