1) when opening the Encounters window, the StaticText in gmEMRStructWidgets.py 
says

        Below find the relevant encounters of the patient.

but does 'relevant' imply that filtering active? I would expect this should be 
instead

        Below find existing encounters for this patient.



2) when clicking 'Add', the default value seems to be taken from some value 
that is *not* the same as what was reset in my

        GNUmed > Preferences > EMR > Encounter > Default type

maybe a side effect of my having previously deleted from the backend the value 
which had previously been stored without flushing but since resetting it I 
might have thought it would now be ok. The value that I re-set via menu 
(Default type) *does* get correctly applied when using

        EMR > Start new encounter
