[Gnumed-bugs] Problems still from git, seemingly not saving codes into the backend

I re-pulled from git repo and in the Notes plugin field I can now display (and 
select from the phrasewheel) in the field

        Code (reason for encounter)

from each of the codes that populate

        ICD-9
        LOINC

and I can select and temporarily store (in the Code RFE field) at least two, 
comma-separated values and they show up immediately in the tooltip.

My problems encountered:

1. when I save the encounter, despite that the *text* entry for the reason for 
encounter gets saved, the single code that I entered (ICD-9 = 401) did not. 
When I departed from Kirk searchign Spock and then came back to Kirk, I saw the 
text reason saved and re-displayed for me in the ongoing encounter, but the 
code was lost.

2. when I later tried again I generated an unhandled exception as follows:

- inputted into the RFE codes ICD-9 = 250 plus a LOINC which matched diabetes ( 
; separated)
- inputted text into the new problem soaplet
- clicked Save under soaplet but when prompted to provide a name for the 
episode (parsed from RFE text) I clicked Cancel and immediately got an exception

- this was reproducible with one code (ICD-9 = 250) in the RFE coding area

- if I do not click Cancel but instead click Save (in Enter a short working 
name for this problem) I get no exception, but still the code is not saved
