Ah, probably because the workplace "GNUmed Default" got
dropped from the database but then the code still defaulted
to the hardcoded "GNUmed Default" which then - lacking a
plugin list in the database - looked for available plugins
on disk where, sure enough, the Manual plugin was still
included.

Fixed that part.
