Hi Bruno,
one small correction: in entire modules we always raise GLErrorHandler. Then in
gnulib-tool.py we always catch any such error and create GLError instance.
For this version of gnulib-tool.py we will use different fatal arguments (as in
old gnulib-tool.sh we separate fatal errors and warnings) if no -Werror was
specified and style=0.
Future developers may use Pythonic style=1 and can also choose whether they
want warnings or errors only.
