Thank you for the report!


The problem is due to the webapp is getting 2 (instead just 1) requests from 
your browser.

Note:
  The magic number which is kept inside the GNU Herds data base is deleted
  after it is processed.  The webapp does it to improve users' security.

As your browser are sending always two requests, you see the result of the 
second one, which only gets the deleted magic.  So it shows the generic 
message "ERROR: Wrong magic number!".


I have checked again such functionality and it works rightly using
Konqueror 3.5.9.  Maybe it is a bug of the Konqueror 4.1 you are using?

Could you try it again using Firefox or any other browser?
