To make it more clear the GNU Herds project will not charge for any of its
services, I have added the below texts:

"Its cost is 0 cents.
The GNU Herds project does not charge by any of its services."
* at http://gnuherds.org/ and http://gnuherds.org/faq
"Service free of any cost to its users"
