We have deleted a link at http://gnuherds.org/development#Technologies
which was pointing to the main MaxMind site! http://www.maxmind.com/
so promoting a company which sell some Non-Free Software products!

It was even listing its proprietary product! GeoIP, instead of its
FS one, "GeoLite Country"!  We are sorry.

Now it is fixed. Do not hesitate to let us know any issue.
